Lamar Jackson – DNP – Hamstring
Jackson missed practice all week. He also missed Week 5 due to a hamstring injury. Jackson will miss this week, and Pro Football Doc expects him to return after the team’s bye week.
Kyler Murray – Limited – Foot
Murray missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday and returned as LP on Friday after suffering a foot injury in Week 5 vs. the Titans. Pro Football Doc expects Murray to sit this week with Jacoby Brissett getting the start. Read more on Murray here.
Amon-Ra St. Brown – Full – Wrist
Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown missed practice on Wednesday due to a wrist injury but returned to practice on Thursday and Friday. He has no injury designation for Week 6.
Chris Godwin - DNP - Fibula/Ankle
Bucs WR Chris Godwin made his season debut in Week 5 after last season's fractured fibula. He DNP all week in practice and will be out in Week 6.
Xavier Worthy - Full - Ankle/Shoulder
After fully participating in practice on Wednesday, Worthy was DNP on Thursday. He popped last minute as questionable in Week 5 ahead of MNF due to swelling in his ankle. Worthy returned to practice on Friday and has no injury designation for Week 6.
Terry McLaurin - DNP - Quad
Mclaurin was at practice out of uniform, working on the side on Thursday. But officially marked as a DNP on Thursday and Friday. He has missed the past two games after injuring his quad in Week 3 vs. the Raiders.
Mike Evans - Hamstring - OUT
Evans has missed the past two games with a hamstring injury and will not play in Week 6.
Bucky Irving - Foot - OUT
Irvin missed Week 5 and was seen in a boot and on crutches after their Week 4 game. He has been ruled out for Week 6.
Brock Purdy – DNP – Toe
Purdy missed the 49ers’ Week 5 game due to a re-aggravation of his right turf toe. With Mac Jones playing well, the 49ers could afford to take their time with Purdy’s recovery. Purdy has DNP this week and was ruled OUT.
Ricky Pearsall – DNP – Knee
Pearsall missed Week 5 as he deals with what the team described as a minor PCL injury to his right knee. He did not practice this week. Head Coach Kyle Shanahan said "he's not counting on it" when asked if he thought Pearsall would play in Week 6. Pearsall was ruled OUT for Week 6.
Jauan Jennings – Limited – Shoulder
Jennings did not practice on Wednesday but returned to limited participation on Thursday and Friday while dealing with shoulder and rib injuries. He has played in only three games this season for the 49ers after missing all of training camp with a calf injury. Officially listed as questionable.
Brock Bowers – DNP – Knee
Bowers did not play in Week 5 and has not practiced this week. Pro Football Doc expected the Raiders to hold him out again in Week 6 as he continues to manage his PCL injury, and the Raiders officially ruled Bowers OUT.
Chubba Hubbard - DNP - Calf
Hubbard missed Week 5 due to his calf injury. He did not practice this week and is ruled OUT for Week 6.
Alvin Kamara – Limited – Ankle
Saints RB Alvin Kamara was limited after injuring his ankle in Wednesday’s practice, according to head coach Kellen Moore. Moore said the injury is not considered serious. He is listed as questionable for week 6.
Christian Watson – OUT – Knee
Watson returned to practice in a limited fashion this week. He’s continuing to recover from a torn ACL in his right knee, which he sustained in January 2025. HC Matt LaFleur said Watson will not play in Week 6, but he did say “he’s looked pretty damn good."
Omarion Hampton – IR – Ankle
The Chargers officially placed Omarion Hampton on injured reserve. He will miss a minimum of four games. Hassan Haskins and Kimani Vidal are expected to share backfield duties with Hampton out and Najee Harris already lost for the season.
