J.J. McCarthy - Ankle
McCarthy is healthy and had a full week of practice. McCarthy has been out since Week 2 with a high ankle sprain. He has served as the team's emergency QB the past two weeks.
Kyler Murray - Foot
Murray has missed the past two games with a foot sprain. He was LP on Thursday and Friday. According to reports, Jacoby Brissett was getting the majority of reps with the first team.
Nico Collins - Concussion
Collins missed Week 8 due to a concussion he suffered in Week 7. He was limited on Wednesday but returned to FP on Thursday, and was off the injury report Friday, clearing his return for Sunday.
Joe Flacco - Shoulder
Flacco suffered an AC joint sprain in his throwing shoulder in Week 8. He was able to play through after likely receiving an injection, according to Pro Football Doc. He DNP on Wednesday but returned as LP on Thursday and DNP on Friday. Pro Football Doc expects him to play through the injury. He is listed as questionable.
Calvin Ridley - Hamstring
Ridley missed the past two games due to his hamstring strain and will not play this week.
Bryce Young - Ankle
Young suffered a high ankle sprain in Week 7 and missed Week 8. But Pro Football Doc said it was not as severe as JJ McCarthy's. He was a full participant in practice and is good to go this week.
Michael Penix - Knee
Penix suffered a bone bruise in Week 7, finished the game, but missed Week 8. Penix carries no injury designation for Week 9 and will start.
Puka Nacua - Ankle
Nacua missed the Rams game in London but returned to practice this week. Nacua is off the injury report and cleared for Week 9.
Terry McLaurin - Quad
McLaurin returned in Week 8 but re-injured his quad and has been ruled out already for Week 9. Pro Football Doc expects a short-term IR stint for the Commanders' WR
Jayden Daniels - Hamstring
Daniels missed Week 8 with a hamstring injury but returned to practice this week. Daniels will start in Week 9.
D'Andre Swift - Groin
Swift did not practice this week due to the groin injury he suffered vs. the Commanders. He was officially ruled out for Week 9.
Brock Purdy - Toe
Purdy was a limited participant all week. Mac Jones will once again start for the 49ers, but HC Kyle Shanahan said "there's a chance" Purdy could be available.
Isiah Pacheco - Knee
Pacheco suffered an MCL sprain in Week 8. He will miss Week 9. He was DNP this week. Pro Football Doc gives Pacheco a 2-4 week return timeline.
Brock Bowers - Knee
Bowers suffered a PCL injury in Week 1 and played through it for three straight weeks. Missed all of October but returned to full practice this week, and is off the injury report, cleared to go for Week 9.
Rhamondre Stevenson - Toe
Stevenson missed practice all week due to a toe injury suffered last week and was officially ruled out for Week 9.
