Caleb Williams, Bears - Hamstring

Williams was listed as an estimated full participant Wednesday as he continues recovering from a hamstring injury that has sidelined him for the past three games. Thursday's practice participation will provide further clarity on his potential return in Week 6 against the Falcons.

Michael Penix Jr., Falcons - Ribs

Penix is expected to start in Week 6 against the Bears as long as he does not experience any setbacks with his rib injury, according to head coach Kevin Stefanski. He suffered the injury during Sunday night's Week 5 game against the Ravens.

Baker Mayfield, Buccaneers - Thumb

Mayfield has not resumed throwing and did not practice Wednesday as he continues recovering from a dislocated thumb suffered in Week 3. Head coach Todd Bowles confirmed Mayfield has yet to begin throwing, putting his availability beyond Week 6 in question. Jalon Daniels will start Sunday against the Steelers.

Henderson was limited in Wednesday's practice despite reports that he is expected to miss multiple weeks with a high ankle sprain suffered in Week 5 against the Raiders. He was not spotted during the portion of practice open to the media but reportedly participated later in the session. His availability for Week 6 against the Jets remains uncertain, although his limited participation is an encouraging development.

Quinshon Judkins, Browns - Ankle

Judkins did not practice Wednesday due to an ankle injury suffered during Sunday's Week 5 game against the Jets. He was seen wearing a walking boot after the game, leaving his availability for Week 6 against the Ravens uncertain.

Breece Hall, Jets - Quad

Hall could miss his third consecutive game in Week 6 against the Patriots as he continues to deal with a quad injury, according to The Athletic's Zack Rosenblatt. He did not practice on Wednesday. He has missed the past two games, and head coach Aaron Glenn continues to consider him week-to-week.

Kyle Monangai, Bears - Thumb/Toe

Monangai was listed as an estimated non-participant for Wednesday's walkthrough as he continues dealing with thumb and toe injuries. He missed all three practices last week before being ruled out for Week 5. His continued absence raises concerns about his availability for Week 6 against the Falcons. Alvin Kamara, Saints - Back

Kamara was limited in Wednesday's practice as he continues dealing with a back injury. He played through the issue in Week 5 but recorded just five touches, while Kendre Miller had 10 carries and CJ Donaldson led the backfield in snaps. The Saints appear to be managing Kamara's workload as he works through the injury.

Tank Dell, Texans - Knee

Dell is practicing in full ahead of Week 6 against the Jaguars in London as he continues recovering from a multi-ligament knee tear suffered in 2024. If he travels with the team, it could signal a potential return to game action for the first time since the injury.

Kenyon Sadiq, Jets - Concussion
