Michael Penix Jr. was surprisingly drafted #8 overall by the Atlanta Falcons, despite the team signing Kirk Cousins to a significant contract. Penix had a history of four season-ending injuries in college, including two ACL tears in the same right knee. However, he played his final two seasons at Washington without any injury issues. Our panel of doctors did not assign him any medical downgrades entering the NFL Draft.
