Embiid was a late omission before the game on Jan 27 due to left knee soreness after the Sixers training staff had concerns while watching him during his warm-up. It is the same injury that kept him out for three games earlier this month so we expect the team to continue to be cautious.

Embiid returned from a three game absence due to swelling in his left knee. His strong performance suggests he has recovered, and he is expected to play against Denver on Tuesday.

Embiid will be a game-time call against the Rockets. Coach Nurse said the center won't face any restrictions if he does play.
