Kyler Murray INJURY INSIGHTS

PLAYER INSIGHTS

Oct 25, 2023

Designated to return and FP on Wednesday ahead of W8 - still not 100% from his ACL tear but appears on track to debut in W8 against the Ravens - won't be fully mobile until late this season at the earliest

Oct 20, 2023

Designated to return from IR but ruled out for W7 - still not 100% from his ACL tear and won't be until late this season at the earliest

Oct 18, 2023

Designated to return from IR but no chance to play in W7 - still not 100% from his ACL tear and won't be until late this season at the earliest

Aug 28, 2023

Starting the season on PUP - which is not a surprise - when he comes off PUP will be the interesting decision for the Cardinals - Pro Football Docs do not expect him to look 100% until late season at the earliest

Jul 28, 2023

Frankly, the Cardinals do not have a lot to play for this year and won’t rush Murray back. He is recovering from a right knee ACL tear he suffered on Dec. 12 and will not begin to look like his pre-injury self until at least the second half of the season. He will be limited to a role as a pocket passer until his knee is back to 100%, essentially giving him the ACL return trajectory of a running back. The Pro Football Docs do not expect much from his rushing ability this season.

Jul 10, 2023

Working way back from his Dec. 12 right knee ACL tear - will be limited to pocket passing if he returns in the first half of the season - Cardinals have no reason to rush him back

May 10, 2023

Has progressed to squatting exercises in his path back from ACL tear - unlikely to be fully healthy and mobile until second half of season at the earliest - can operate as pocket passer before then but team has no reason to rush him back - tore right knee ACL on Dec. 12
