Puka Nacua - Ankle
Nacua suffered an ankle sprain in Week 6. Pro Football Doc does not expect Puka to play in London but expects him to return after the Rams bye Week. The Rams officially ruled Nacua OUT for Week 7.
CeeDee Lamb - Ankle
Lamb returned to practice on Wednesday after being out since Week 3 with an ankle injury. Lamb told reporters that he could've played last week, but the coaching staff wanted to give him extra time to fully recover. Lamb was an FP on Friday and has no injury designation for Week 7.
Brock Purdy - Toe
Purdy has been ruled out once again for Week 7. Mac Jones will get the start for the 49ers.
Chuba Hubbard - Calf
Hubbard returned to practice after missing the past two games with a calf injury. He is officially off the injury report and will play in Week 7.
Kyler Murray - Foot
Murray was an LP on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with his foot injury, although he was working with the practice squad, indicating he will be out in Week 7. Murray is listed as questionable.
Marvin Harrison - Concussion
Harrison was in concussion protocol until Friday and is off the injury report. He will play in Week 7.
Terry McLaurin - Quad
McLaurin has been out since Week 3 with a hamstring injury and has been ruled out for Week 7.
Deebo Samuel - Heel
Deebo Samuel played in Week 6 despite being questionable with a heel injury. Samuel returned to practice on Friday and is listed as questionable.
JJ McCarthy - Ankle / Carson Wentz - Shoulder
McCarthy (ankle) was LP and Wentz (shoulder) was FP on Friday. The Vikings will once again start Wentz this week, while McCarthy will serve as the emergency 3rd QB.
George Kittle - Hamstring
Kittle said he fully tore his hamstring in Week 1 but is fully healthy now. HC Kyle Shanahan said Kittle will not be on a pitch count this week.
Ricky Pearsall - Knee
Pearsall is once again ruled out with his knee injury. This will be his 3rd straight missed game.
Quentin Johnston - Hamstring
Johnston missed Week 6 with a hamstring strain and returned to practice on Wednesday. He was a full participant on Friday and will return this week.
Emekga Egbuka - Hamstring
According to reports, Egbuka did not tear his hamstring but did suffer a strain. According to Pro Football Doc, there is no such thing as a 1-week hamstring injury, so expect Egbuka to miss time. Although Doc thinks Mike Evans could return this week from his hamstring injury.
Brock Bowers - Knee
With the Raiders by week coming up, Pete Carroll mentioned that resting Bowers could be the best way to maximize his rehab for his knee injury. Pro Football Doc expects Bowers to miss out again in Week 7. He was a DNP on Wednesday and Thursday but did LP on Friday. He is listed as doubtful.
