Blake Snell - Los Angeles Dodgers

Snell will undergo surgery to remove loose bodies from his left elbow on Tuesday. The Dodgers expect the two-time Cy Young winner to return this season, though he is still likely to miss significant time.

Jose Altuve - Houston Astros

Jose Altuve has been diagnosed with a Grade 2 left oblique strain and will be placed on the injured list. Altuve underwent an MRI after exiting Saturday’s win over the Rangers following an awkward swing. The Astros have not provided a return timeline.

Corey Seager - Texas Rangers

Seager missed his second straight game Sunday because of back spasms. Seager underwent an MRI and will travel back to Arlington for further testing instead of joining the Rangers for their series in Denver.

Gerrit Cole - New York Yankees

Cole continued his rehab from Tommy John surgery with 86 pitches over 5⅓ innings for Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. Cole reached 99.6 mph with his fastball, averaged 97 mph and could be nearing his return to the Yankees after one more rehab start.

Heliot Ramos - San Francisco Giants

Ramos has been placed on the 10-day injured list with a right quad strain. Ramos suffered the injury while attempting a sliding catch on Friday. Manager Tony Vitello said he is expected to miss at least a couple of weeks, and potentially longer.
