American League

Baltimore Orioles

  • Adley Rutschman (oblique): Continuing rehab, targeting a return in late July.

  • Gary Sánchez (knee sprain): Placed on 10-day IL July 6.

  • Grayson Rodriguez (elbow/lat): Threw a 25-pitch bullpen session with breaking balls July 4.

  • Zach Eflin (back strain) and Cade Povich (hip inflammation): Playing catch as of July 5.

Boston Red Sox

  • Alex Bregman (quad strain): Progressing well in rehab activities and a chance to return this weekend before the All-Star break.

  • Masataka Yoshida (shoulder labrum tear): Expected back on July 9.

Chicago White Sox

  • Luis Robert Jr. (hamstring): Ran bases at over 90% speed on July 5; progressing well.

Cleveland Guardians

  • Shane Bieber (TJS): Threw encouraging live BP on July 5.

  • Lane Thomas (plantar fasciitis): Placed on IL July 6.

  • Gabriel Arias (ankle): Took BP and grounders July 5.

  • Travis Bazzana (oblique): Rehab assignment began July 5.

  • Gleyber Torres (neck contusion): Returned as pinch-hitter on July 6.

Houston Astros

  • Jake Meyers (calf strain): Added to the 10-day injured list due to a right calf strain after he missed back-to-back games earlier this week due to tightness and aggravated the injury on July 9 against Cleveland.

Kansas City Royals

  • Cole Ragans (rotator cuff): Throwing begins July 7.

  • Daniel Lynch IV (elbow discomfort): Evaluation scheduled July 7.

Los Angeles Angels

Minnesota Twins

  • Carlos Correa (ankle): Exited the July 11 game with a mild right ankle sprain, sustained in a collision at second base.

  • Byron Buxton (hand): HBP on his left hand, exited the July 9 game, missed July 10 and he is day-to-day.

  • Pablo López (teres major): Could begin throwing week of July 7.

New York Yankees

  • Jazz Chisholm Jr. (shoulder): Out July 6.

  • Ryan Yarbrough (oblique): Hasn’t resumed throwing, but progress noted.

  • Clarke Schmidt (UCL tear): Likely needs Tommy John surgery.

  • Mark Leiter (leg): Placed on the 15-day IL with a stress fracture in his left leg.

Oakland Athletics

  • Jacob Wilson (hand): Missed his second game on July 10 after being hit by a pitch on July 8, he is day-to-day.

Seattle Mariners

Atlanta Braves

  • Austin Riley (abdomen): Exited the July 11 game with lower abdominal tightness, he was placed on the 10-day IL.

  • Ronald Acuna (back): Scratched from the July 8 game against the Athletics due to lower-back tightness, returned on July 9.

  • Spencer Schwellenbach (elbow fracture): Moved to 60-day IL; earliest return September.

Chicago Cubs

  • Jameson Taillon (calf strain): On 15-day IL; out “significant time.”

Cincinnati Reds

  • Hunter Greene (groin): Experienced soreness after a bullpen session on July 6, he will not have a rehab start on July 8.

Colorado Rockies

  • Kris Bryant (back): Seeing specialists July 7 for experimental options.

  • Ezequiel Tovar (oblique): Rehab start July 5.

  • Tyler Freeman (hamstring): Out July 6.

  • Kiké Hernández (elbow): Placed on the injured list with left elbow inflammation.

  • Michael Kopech (knee): Underwent surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee.
