Watt sustained a left inversion ankle sprain, his outside leg when he pass rushes from the left defensive side by video it is a mild ankle sprain, but we've looked at practice video and he clearly is hampered on the left side, there's no way he can be effective and get around the edge on the defensive left side, look for him to flip to the right side against the offensive left tackle, where you can have a healthy right ankle to get around the edge and flip with Alex Highsmith, this is a huge game, the Steelers will win the division if they can beat the Ravens, and they'll lose out on first place if they lose, so TJ Watt is trying to give it a go, but will not be 100%

Was a full participant in practice on Thursday from the ankle injury he suffered last week and carries no injury designation ahead of W16 so he will be able to play this Saturday
Dec 19, 2024
Was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday which is a welcome trend in the right direction towards his availability for W16 from an ankle injury, if he is able to go he will be an important of the gameplan vs division rival Baltimore

May have avoided a foot fracture based on what head coach Mike Tomlin said stating it's a "low" ankle injury, it's possible he experienced an inversion ankle sprain, it's possible he plays vs the Ravens if he flips sides on the defense, easing the pressure on his left foot

Left game after stumbling rushing the passer in a non-contact fashion, by video worry for a left foot Jones fracture which is usually hard to see by initial video, will wait to see for initial news but worry for a significant foot issue

TJ Watt sustained a Grade 2 MCL sprain in Week 17, causing him to miss the Steelers' only playoff game. He was extremely effective last season with 20 sacks and is a co-favorite for Defensive Player of the Year for the upcoming season.
Jan 11, 2024
Officially listed as out due to left MCL injury, no guaranteed he can return for next match if Steelers advance past Bills
Jan 6, 2024
By video, likely left knee MCL sprain during collision with teammate - hope he avoids dreaded ACL tear thanks to wet field conditions - ruled out for game as it is difficult for edge rusher to return and play effectively - if Steelers advance to playoffs, not a guarantee he plays
Dec 14, 2023
LP, FP and cleared concussion protocol ahead of W15 against the Colts - shouldn't have any lingering effects for Saturday's game
