Has been ruled out of Week 15 as a result of a Week 12 concussion, though Higgins was able to work in a limited fashion at practice Wednesday and Thursday, the Bengals will play it safe with the wideout, who also sustained a concussion Week 12 against the Patriots and sat out a Thanksgiving matchup against Baltimore

Inactive in Week 13, was limited Wednesday, but the wideout's full listing a day later is indicative of him making progress through the NFL's concussion protocol

Back of his head collided with the turf and was evaluated for a concussion, he likely did sustain one and will be ruled out
