The right high ankle sprain hasn't worsened, but the team may still opt to start Taylor Heinicke in Week 4. Despite Herbert playing through the injury last week, he didn’t finish the game. Justin Herbert's plantar fasciitis issue shouldn't be a problem despite missing all of the preseason, it is considered to be a minimal injury, the biggest concern is a lack of practice time during the week as the season progresses but overall Justin Herbert is a full go to start the regular season.
