Durability remains the biggest question for Greenlaw entering his return to San Francisco after appearing in just 10 regular-season games over the past two years. Since tearing his Achilles in Super Bowl LVIII, he has battled a series of lower-body injuries, including quadriceps and recurring hamstring issues that continued into 2025. Greenlaw is expected to be healthy entering training camp, but his extensive history of soft-tissue injuries makes his availability worth monitoring throughout the season.
