Pierce remains without a timetable for his return as he continues rehabilitating from left ankle surgery, Colts head coach Shane Steichen praised his progress and said he's doing a strong job with his rehab, though Indianapolis has not established a target date for his return to practice as the team continues to take a cautious approach

Recovering from offseason left ankle surgery, Pierce missed OTAs and mandatory minicamp and has been placed on the Active/PUP list to begin training camp. Colts GM Chris Ballard said he is "a week or two away" from returning to practice, though his progress will continue to be closely monitored entering the season.

Listed full participation for another week, and will be available in Week 6 for the Colts

Listed as a full participant Wed. and Thurs., but failed to pass concussion protocol, and will be ruled out for Week 5
