NFL Week 10 Injury Recap: Pro Football Doc's Insights On Top Fantasy Football Players

As we wrap up Week 10 and look towards Week 11 of the NFL season, several teams are struggling with key injuries that may impact upcoming games. At SICscore.com, we provide expert insights from Dr. David Chao, MD (@ProFootballDoc) and other top sports doctors to help fans and analysts understand the impact of these injuries on the player and team.

Christian McCaffrey - San Francisco 49ers

Ran for 39yds on 13 carries in his first action of the season, he played 54 of 59 snaps, which came as a surprise, he needs time to ramp up and might have a lighter load going forward as he proceeds with his recovery to be more effective at the end of the season.

Aaron Jones RB - Minnesota Vikings

Might miss practice time with the rib injury he sustained during Sunday's game but we think there's a good chance he'll be ready for Week 11.

Chuba Hubbard RB - Carolina Panthers

By video, sustained a left MCL strain, questionable to return, this could end up in some missed time this week.

Sam LaPorta TE - Detroit Lions

Head coach Dan Campbell said Monday that LaPorta is viewed as day-to day-with the shoulder injury he sustained during Week 10, he's hopeful LaPorta can go on Sunday but he will need to continue to be monitored throughout the week.

Dalton Kincaid TE - Buffalo Bills

By video, he sustained a PCL injury, it's similar to Puka Nacua's injury, but not as severe, he could miss some time, likely Week 11 vs the Chiefs and perhaps longer.

Tyreek Hill WR - Miami Dolphins

His wrist injury is likely a scaphoid lunate ligament tear, he can play through it though, he could address it with surgery in the offseason.

Nico Collins WR - Houston Texans

We thought Nico could be good to go for Week 10 but ended up missing, he was activated from IR and thought to be ready 5 weeks after injury, however we believe he sat out this past week as a precaution but he should be good to go against the Cowboys on MNF for Week 11.

Stay tuned for more updates from Pro Football Doc on all the key injuries this season.
