There are signs indicating that Jayson Tatum will make an unprecedented return from an Achilles rupture injury by making his season debut this Friday vs the Mavericks, less than a year since he tore his Achilles vs the Knicks on May 12. Tatum has seemingly reached the final checkpoint in his recovery from May 12 surgery to repair his right Achilles tendon

Tatum has progressed to participating in 5-on-5 scrimmages with the Celtics. He suffered a ruptured Achilles in May, and some reports indicate he could make his season debut this week.

Underwent a successful surgery the day after rupturing his Achilles in his right ankle, he is expected to make a full recovery but there is no timetable for his return, average recovery for a ruptured Achilles can be anywhere from 8-12 months, most of, if not all of next season is jeopardy

Went down late in the closing minutes of Game 4 vs the Knicks on a non-contact injury as he dove for a loose ball, he planted on his right leg and there is likely an Achilles rupture, it will require surgery and it will cause him to miss most of next season

Listed as day-to-day with a bruised right wrist from a hard fall sustained during Game 1 of the Playoffs and is Doubtful to play Game 2 vs the Magic, his next chance to return would be Game 3 on Friday

Tatum took a hard fall late in Sunday's Game 1 against the Magic and appeared to hurt his right wrist, x-rays were taken and they came back negative, seeing as how he finished the game, there was little concern, long term, about the injury but the x-rays were a precaution

Listed as questionable for the March 15 game against the Brooklyn Nets due to right knee tendinopathy, after logging 37 minutes in the March 14 game against Miami Heat.

Was not present at shootaround for today's game vs Miami and has been dealing with a knee injury, it's likely they could be getting additional rest before the All-Star break as Jaylen Brown was also absent from shootaround

Tweaked his left ankle late in the Celtics Game 4 win versus the Heat. Has previously sprained the ankle but likely to play through with a short-term impact on his mobility.
