Simmons is probable to make his first appearance Jan 29 since November after a long recovery from a nerve impingement in his back. We expect him to be eased back into action with restrictions on minutes.

Simmons had an epidural injection for his lower back nerve inpingement in early December. On 12/15 coach Jacque Vaughn stated Simmonds is "going through steps of protocols of getting back to the floor.

Team said he will be re-evaluated in late November for his lower back nerve impingement - concerning as this isn't the first time he's missed games with a back issue - great result would be a return in early December
