Jonah Williams Injury: Bengals LT Exits With Injured Left Knee

Update: Williams has been ruled out of the game with a left knee injury. His status next week is likely in doubt if the Bengals can advance.

Cincinnati Bengals left tackle Jonah Williams exited with a left knee injury before halftime of the Wild Card round game against the Ravens and went to the locker room for examination.

By video, Williams appeared to suffer a patella subluxation when his knee buckled underneath him while pass blocking, according to the Pro Football Docs.

He has a chance to return with a brace in the second half, but it will likely be tough for him to be effective given that it's his outside leg, according to the Pro Football Docs.

Williams suffered a similar injury to his right knee in Week 5 against the Ravens. He was able to return in the second half of that game with a brace and did not miss time with that injury the rest of the regular season.

The 25-year-old's exit leaves the Bengals down three starting offensive linemen. Right tackle La'el Collins suffered a torn ACL in Week 16, while right guard Alex Cappa suffered an MCL sprain/high ankle sprain in Week 18.

Jackson Carman is in at left tackle, while Max Scharping is filling in at right guard and Hakeem Adeniji is at right tackle.
