Jelani Woods has been placed on season ending IR by the Colts on August 27th, he suffered a toe injury during week 2 of the preseason and required surgery that potentially could have seen him back by December, but has now been placed on IR, last year he missed the entire season with a hamstring injury.

Jelani Woods was placed on IR in August last year due to a hamstring issue. During his rehab, he suffered a setback with his other hamstring and was never activated, missing the entire season. He finished his rookie season with 25 catches, 312 yards, and 3 touchdowns. Woods is healthy and participating in Colts training camp. Reports state the Colts could rely heavily on three tight-end sets, with Woods being a potential fantasy breakout sleeper.
