Warriors Injury Report: Otto Porter Jr. Questionable For Game 4 With Left Foot Injury

Warriors veteran forward Otto Porter Jr. was originally listed as doubtful for Tuesday's Game 4 after leaving Sunday's win with a left foot injury, but has been upgraded to questionable.

Otto Porter Injury Update

Porter was injured on a layup early in the second quarter and tried to play through the issue for a few minutes before leaving to the locker room.

He underwent X-rays, which came back negative, but Porter missed the rest of the contest with “left foot soreness.”

Porter suffered a previous fracture in his left foot in 2019 and missed 51 games. Initially, our team of Pro Basketball Docs was worried about a refracture.

It's certainly good news that doesn't seem to be the case. He would likely undergo an MRI if the team were worried about that possibility.

For now, it seems like the team just wants to rest his injury and hope to have him ready for the next series, assuming they don't allow the Mavericks to come back from a 3-0 deficit.

Warriors NBA Finals Odds

Golden State is at -155 to win the NBA Finals, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. The Warriors are also -10000 to win the series over the Mavericks.
