Treylon Burks Injury: Rookie WR Suffers Head Injury on TD Catch
2 min read • December 04, 2022
Tennessee Titans rookie wide receiver Treylon Burks appeared to suffer a head injury on his first career touchdown catch.
By video, Burks took a hit to his head then hit his head on the ground while completing the catch.
He appeared to be knocked unconscious and was exhibiting clear signs of fencing, a common symptom of concussion.
Burks was able to walk off under his own power, but is unlikely to return to the game.
The Titans face Jacksonville in Week 14 and Burks has 50/50 shot to return for that contest.
