Update: After the game, Aaron Rodgers said Cobb was emotional at first because he thought he had a fractured ankle. The team found out the ankle is not broken, but Rodgers mentioned short-term IR as a possibility for Cobb.
Veteran Packers wide receiver Randall Cobb suffered a left ankle injury while blocking in the third quarter and was carted to the locker room.
By video, Cobb appeared to suffer a left high ankle sprain when he was rolled up on by a Vikings defender, according to the Pro Football Docs.
The 32-year-old wideout hobbled off the field and has been deemed questionable to return.
The Pro Football Docs do not expect to see him back in the game today or next week against the Commanders.
Cobb had one catch for 8 yards before exiting. He has 257 yards through six games this season.
Romeo Doubs could be in line for more targets with Cobb likely out multiple weeks.
