Patrick Mahomes Injury: Chiefs QB Dealing with Foot Bruise

Four-time Pro Bowl quarterback Patrick Mahomes suffered a foot bruise on the final offensive play in Sunday's loss to the Bengals, but should be unaffected this week against the Broncos.

By video, Mahomes suffered the injury when he was sacked with just under four minutes remaining in the fourth quarter.

The injury is not a concern for his availability or performance this week.

Mahomes' 223 passing yards last week against the Bengals broke a streak of six straight games with over 300 passing yards.

This week, he faces a Broncos defense that has allowed the third-least passing yards all season and is also third best in fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks.
