Carr fell on his outstretched left hand, possible a scaphoid fracture in his non-throwing hand. If confirmed it would be a season ending injury for Carr.
In addition to the hand injury that could be a scaphoid fracture, Carr is also in the league's concussion protocol after landing on his facemask in the play that he injured his hand on.
O'Connell did not practice on Friday and has how missed back-to-back practices after nursing a bone bruise sustained during last week's game, their next game is on MNF so he'll have an extra day to get on the practice to see if he can play in W15.
Hebert sustained two different minor injuries on Sunday, a mild left ankle eversion and then an elbow to the thigh on another play, he might be limited in practice this week or not even practice, but he'll likely play in Week 15.
Held out of practice on Wednesday in the leadup to W15 while he is dealing with an ankle injury he sustained this past Sunday, as well as a leg contusion to his thigh, there is no concern about him missing time however, he will likely play on Sunday vs Tampa Bay.
Swift didn't practice on Friday while working through a groin injury, he's played through similar injuries this season, but there appears to be a good chance of him missing MNF this week against the Vikings.
Irving went into Week 14 listed as questionable with a hip/back injury. Exited the field after receiving a knee to the back, remained on the sideline, could have returned, likely to be to suit up for Week 15. Sat out Wednesday's walkthrough after he exited last Sunday's game with back and hip injuries, if he's able to practice Thursday and Friday though, that will be a good indicator of his availability for Sunday against the Chargers
Listed as questionable with a knee injury ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars, interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich is hopeful Hall will be available, if he does play there's a chance he could be on a snap limit
We thought during the week it seems unlikely that Hall will play this week, he's been dealing with an MCL injury for a couple of weeks now and the Jets have nothing to play for at this point, there's no reason to put your primary back at risk for next season now.
Head Coach Kyle Shanahan said Guerendo possibly has a foot sprain after he exited in the fourth quarter due to a foot injury. He will have scans and more details to be confirmed. Stay tuned for more analysis to come. The team will “evaluate him over the next few days, to see if he’ll have a shot” to play Thursday night against the Rams.
Walker was ruled out with listed calf/ankle injuries for Week 14 against the Cardinals, there is a chance he could return in Week 15 to play against the Packers, he will continue to be monitored.
Head coach Mike Macdonald said Wednesday that Walker is day-to-day with a calf injury, but his status is to be determined for Sunday's game against the Packers, the injury doesn't appear to be long-term however
Pollard hasn't practiced Wednesday or Thursday in the leadup to this Sunday's game vs Bengals, he's also absent from practice on Friday so there's a good chance he'll miss this week's game, but he may be a game-time decision, if he doesn't play Tyjae Spears would be getting added touches.
McConkey was close to returning last week, he should be able to play this week with the recurring right AC joint sprain and knee issue, we did not see a lot on video in terms of his knee, though he missed last week this seems to be the week that he should be able to return against Tampa
Downs has been dealing with an AC joint sprain, but he's utilized a bye week to help recover, expect Downs to try to play for the Colts in an almost must-win game to stay in the playoff race against the Denver Broncos in W15
Nabers could be facing a core muscle injury that he is able to play through that could be address with an offseason procedure, if that happens he could recover and should be fully healthy by next season.
Pickens is unlikely to play this weekend vs the Eagles with a Grade 2 hamstring injury, he was slated to play last weekend despite being listed as questionable before being ruled out in the pregame warmup, indicating his injury is more serious than originally thought, sitting out will give him extra time to recover.
Tillman has been ruled out with a concussion for this week vs the Chiefs, he did practice in a limited capacity on Friday but did not pass the league's concussion protocol
Robinson suffered a right AC joint injury on a 56-yard catch that was called back on a penalty in the 3rd quarter, possible to return with an injection.
Kincaid is listed as questionable with a knee injury to his PCL ahead of W15 against the Lions, he will practice on Friday in a limited capacity but that is a good sign that he could play this Sunday, his official status may not be determined until closer to kickoff
Njoku tweaked his hamstring in the second quarter of the game in W14, he stayed in the game and finished all reps, but now is missing time from the hamstring injury, not a good trajectory.
Still not practicing on Friday with the hamstring injury he's been managing, lowering his chances of suiting up for W15 against the Chiefs, especially given the Browns have very low playoff chances.
