Kyrie Irving has been ruled out for the remainder of the season after tearing his left ACL during a game against the Sacramento Kings, where his knee buckled while driving to the basket. Dr. David Chao, Pro Football Doc, is concerned that Irving may have sustained additional ligament damage beyond the ACL tear. If further tests confirm this, Irving could be sidelined for the entire next season.
Rui Hachimura will be out at least one week with left patellar tendinopathy, he sustained the injury this past Thursday vs the Timberwolves.
Jaren Jackson Jr. has been diagnosed with a Grade 2 left ankle sprain and is considered week-to-week, the team announced Tuesday. Jackson suffered the injury early in the first quarter of Monday night's 132-130 loss to the Atlanta Hawks while attempting to block a shot. Prior to the injury, Jackson was leading the team with an average of 22.7 points per game, alongside 5.8 rebounds, 1.6 blocks, and 1.3 steals over 59 games this season. His absence poses a significant challenge for the Grizzlies, who are currently navigating a tight Western Conference playoff race. The team has not provided a specific timetable for his return, but Grade 2 sprains typically require multiple weeks of recovery.
Jalen Suggs underwent arthroscopic surgery to remove a cartilage fragment in his left knee and will be out indefinitely, his return will be based on rehab and is expected to make a full recovery.
Joel Embiid has been ruled out for the remainder of the season due to constant knee inflammation and has been deemed medically unable to play the rest of the way, he will explore various rehab and treatment options to try and be ready for next season.

Robert Williams III has been ruled out of Wednesday's game against the Boston Celtics with a left knee sprain, it was his seventh straight missed game in another injury-plagued season for the young center.
Domantas Sabonis will be re-evaluated in one week after he was diagnosed with a Grade 1 left hamstring strain, Sabonis sustained the injury in the first quarter of Saturday's game vs the Rockets, playing just one minute before exiting the game for good, an MRI confirmed only a minor strain of his hamstring, Sabonis will still miss the entirety of the Kings' upcoming-four game week, and quite likely, additional time beyond that.
