Dallas Cowboys slot cornerback Jourdan Lewis was carted to the locker room after suffering an apparent lower right leg injury in the fourth quarter against the Lions.
By video, Lewis appeared to suffer a severe injury to his right foot after catching an interception and getting landed on after he tried to run with the ball.
Lewis was helped off the field without putting weight on his right leg and was carted to the locker room.
He reportedly underwent X-rays on his foot, potentially checking for a Lisfranc fracture, according to the Pro Football Docs.
Kelvin Joseph will likely fill in for Lewis if he misses next week's contest against the Bears.
Running back Ezekiel Elliott appeared to suffer a right knee hyperextension earlier in the game, but returned and finished with 14 carries for 56 yards and 2 touchdowns.
