Wide receivers Jerry Jeudy and Courtland Sutton were both limited participants on Wednesday as two of the 16 Denver Broncos listed on the Week 17 injury report.
Jeudy was seen running routes but reportedly injured his ankle mid-way through practice and left with trainers and was noted as dealing with an issue for the first time since Week 14.
The third-year wideout missed two-plus games after he suffered a left ankle injury early in Week 10 that Jeudy and then-coach Nate Hackett acknowledged was a dodged bullet.
Jeudy also suffered a right high-ankle sprain in the 2021 season-opener that cost him six games. It isn't immediately clear which ankle he injured or if it's related to his previous ankle ailments.
Sutton, meanwhile, was a limited participant with a hamstring issue that is presumably the lingering effects of his Week 13 strain that he returned from in last week's blowout loss.
Jeudy brought in 25 receptions for 331 yards and three touchdowns over the last four games, including a 117-yard outing – the third-most in his career – with Sutton in tow against the Rams.
