Jerry Jeudy Injury: Broncos WR Appears to Suffer Torn Achilles

Update: Jeudy has been ruled out for the game. NFL Insider Ian Rapoport reported that Jeudy is being evaluated for an injury to the back of his ankle, not an Achilles injury. If it's a peroneal tendon injury, that would be great news for the Jeudy and the Broncos.
Denver Broncos wideout Jerry Jeudy appeared to suffer a torn left Achilles tendon in the first quarter against the Tennessee Titans, according to the Pro Football Docs.
By video, Jeudy went down non-contact on a route and immediately grabbed at the back of his heel. The injury mechanism is consistent with an Achilles tendon tear.
He has been deemed questionable to return with an ankle injury, according to the team.
It's possible Jeudy is just dealing with an ankle sprain and that would be the best-case scenario.
Jeudy was reportedly testing his right leg on the sideline before he was carted to the locker room.
He missed six games last season with a right high ankle sprain.
Achilles tears can often be labeled ankle injuries early on and an MRI will confirm or deny the tear on Monday.
He will not return to the game today and is likely done for the season.
Jeudy has 30 catches for 449 yards and 3 touchdowns this year. He suffered an SC joint sprain in Week 2, but returned to play in Week 3.
