By video, suffered right shoulder AC joint sprain on a catch mid-way through the 4th quarter - in locker room and unlikely to return to game - chance to play in W16 with pain-numbing injection.
Chase has 4 catches for 64 yards in the game before exiting. He entered the contest with a minor ankle injury but appeared unaffected by the lingering ailment.
