George Kittle - SIC score 87
DNP Thursday but has another full week to get healthy - by video, suffered apparent toe injury that bothered him slightly during second half of NFC Championship round - injury mechanism did not appear severe and he remained in the game to block during final drive and recover onside kick - no chance of missing Super Bowl LVIII and should have full ability to block and receive as usual.
Kittle finished the NFC Championship round victory with 2 catches for 27 yards, including a 28-yard catch in the 3rd quarter.
It's a positive sign that he remained in to block on the final drive of the game and remained on the “hands” team to recover the onside kick and clinch the victory.
The former Iowa tight end had four catches for 81 yards and a touchdown against the Green Bay Packers in the Divisional Round.
In Super Bowl LIV against the Chiefs, Kittle had four catches for seven targets for 36 yards.
He had 65 catches for 1,020 yards in 16 games this season.
