Update 11/18 - The Jaguars Head Coach Doug Pederson said Davis will miss the rest of the season due to the knee injury which is believed to be a miniscus tear.
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Gabe Davis sustained a knee injury during the Week 11 matchup against the Detroit Lions leading to his early exit from the game. Prior to his departure, Davis had recorded one reception for 19 yards.
Davis suffered a non-contact left knee injury late in the 3rd quarter of the Week 11 game against the Lions. By limited video we do not see an ACL tear however an MRI will confirm the severity.
Impact on the Jacksonville Jaguars
Davis's injury adds to the Jaguars' challenges, as they have been dealing with multiple injuries to key players including QB Trevor Lawrence, WR Christian Kirk and both running backs Tank Bigsby who missed the Week 11 game, and Travis Etienne who has been dealing with a hamstring injury earlier in the month. The Jaguars have a bye in Week 12.
Stay tuned for more updates on Gabe Davis.
