Deshaun Watson Injury Update: Right Shoulder

Cleared concussion check but appears to have shoulder discomfort on sideline - by video, not same injury mechanism as W3 rotator cuff contusion - will be coach's decision if he returns to the game - currently on sideline.

Head coach Kevin Stefanski told the sideline reporter he's being extra cautious with Watson based on the way he was hit.

Team had him on a tight leash because they were caught off guard by him not playing in Week 4. Watson was ineffective on the first few drives before injury, thus the Pro Football Docs assert the team is hiding behind health by playing P.J. Walker instead of Watson.

His injury will continue to linger, but he could play through if the team liked what they were seeing from him.

Watson was 1 of 5 for 5 yards and an interception on the first four drives.
