Carolina Panthers star running back Christian McCaffrey was limited in practice Thursday, reportedly with stiffness in his ankle.
Upon video review of his touches Sunday, the Pro Football Docs determined McCaffrey did not suffer an ankle injury during the loss to the Giants.
He had 15 rushes for 102 yards and 4 catches for 26 yards against New York, a marked upgrade from his 57 total yards against the Browns in Week 1.
While any McCaffrey appearance on the injury report is noteworthy, he is reportedly expected to play Sunday against the Saints and the Pro Football Docs do not expect any limitations.
Through Week 2, McCaffrey has been RB9 in 0.5 point PPR scoring. He remains at a SIC score of 95.
