Are the Ravens the most injured team after Week 1?

The Baltimore Ravens, a team that has grappled with injuries over the past few years, entered this season in the best health they've enjoyed in the last five years. However, their clean bill of health was short-lived, as a multitude of injuries struck the team during the preseason and Week 1.

In the preseason, the secondary saw cornerbacks Marlon Humphrey and Rock Ya-Sin sustain injuries. Recently, free safety Marcus Williams tore his pectoral muscle, and it's expected that he will miss a significant portion of the season.

Running back J.K. Dobbins suffered a torn Achilles tendon, effectively ending his season. Dobbins had returned from a multi-ligament knee injury last season but had limited effectiveness in eight games. It's worth noting that Dobbins had held out during training camp in an effort to secure more guaranteed money in case of injury, but the Ravens did not approve.

During the last quarter of the game, left tackle Ronnie Stanley and center Tyler Linderbaum both exited due to injuries. Stanley, who has played only 18 games in the last three seasons, injured his knee. While the injury appears minor, it could exacerbate his preexisting ankle injury, increasing the risk of a severe injury.

Linderbaum, who played in every game as a rookie, suffered an ankle injury, and the extent of it will be determined by an upcoming MRI, which will dictate whether he can suit up for Week 2.

Tight end Mark Andrews, whose SIC score is 66, missed last week's game against the Texans due to a quad injury. According to Pro Football Docs, Andrews' quad injury could potentially limit his performance in a crucial divisional matchup against the Bengals next week.
