UPDATE: The Patriots ruled OUT AJ Brown with a right ankle injury. Brown left the stadium wearing a boot.
New England Patriots wide receiver A.J. Brown suffered a right ankle injury during the third quarter of Wednesday's season opener against the Seattle Seahawks.
Brown required medical attention on the field before eventually getting to his feet and limping off. He went directly to the medical tent, and the Patriots officially listed him as questionable to return with an ankle injury. Brown was able to limp to the locker room for X-rays.

Based on video analysis, Pro Football Doc expressed concern for a right high ankle eversion sprain.
“Concern for right high ankle eversion sprain,” Pro Football Doc said. “Hard to continue effectively.”
There is currently no official diagnosis or return timeline for Brown.
