Ladd McConkey, Chargers - Chest
McConkey exited Sunday’s game with a chest injury after taking a hit and was initially evaluated in the medical tent. He did not return for the Chargers’ next offensive series and headed to the locker room, with his return officially listed as questionable.
Kyler Murray, Vikings - Head
Murray was knocked out of Sunday’s game against the Packers after taking a late hit that caused his helmet to come off. He appeared to lose consciousness and showed signs of posturing on the field before being ruled out for the remainder of the game.
Chig Okonkwo, Titans - Hamstring
Okonkwo exited Sunday’s game with a hamstring injury and is questionable to return.
Zay Flowers, Ravens - Hamstring
Flowers exited Sunday’s game against the Colts in the second quarter after appearing to reaggravate the hamstring injury that bothered him throughout training camp. He was ruled out and did not return.
Brian Thomas Jr., Jaguars - Shoulder
Thomas left Sunday’s season opener against the Browns in the first half after appearing to injure his shoulder and was evaluated in the locker room. He later returned to the game.
Myles Garrett, Rams - Knee
Garrett will undergo arthroscopic knee surgery and be placed on injured reserve, forcing him to miss at least the next four games. He will first be eligible to return to the Rams’ roster in Week 6.
