Joe Musgrove Health, Injury Updates & History

Removed from the Oct 2 game due to an ongoing bone spur issue flaring up.

Returned on Aug 12 in his first Padres start since May 26 throwing 63 pitches. He'll likely to continue to build up his pitch count over the next week.

Recently completed a two-inning simulated game a he recovers from a bone spur and bone bruise in his right elbow. If good progress continues, he'll likely need at least two rehab starts and a possible return in mid-August.
