Star wideout Odell Beckham Jr. earned his first career playoff win with the Rams on Monday, nearly a year and three months since tearing the ACL in his left knee with his former team.ProFootballDoc, Dr. David Chao, said Beckham's knee being near full health is part of the reason for Beckham's improved stats. In six games with the Browns, Beckham had 17 catches on 34 targets for 232 yards and 0 touchdowns, with two drops. In eight games with the Rams this season, he has 27 catches on 43 targets for 305 yards and five touchdowns, with no drops.Without a doubt, Beckham has benefitted from a better quarterback and receiving partner in Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp. But a majority of the improvement is due to his increased ability to get open in tight spaces like the redzone, Chao said.Four of Beckham's five touchdown catches this season came from within the 10-yard line. His first career playoff touchdown catch was a four-yard reception against the Cardinals on Monday.Expect to see him targeted in the redzone this Sunday against the Buccaneers.
