Our panel of doctors have serious concerns about Penning’s chances to play effectively returning from his right foot Lisfranc injury. The Saints’ left tackle suffered the injury in early January and may start the season on the PUP list. He missed the first 11 games of the season with an undisclosed issue in the opposite foot.
