The Vikings designated Hockenson for return from the reserve/PUP list on Oct. 4 as recovers from a torn ACL, they had two chances to activate him for game action but opted not to do so, but he was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, an encouraging sign for his return on W9, but we will know at the end of the practice week

Listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Lions with the knee injury that has seen him yet to make his debut this year, he's been limited in practice this week so he's trending in the right direction but will still need to be monitored to see if he will be available for Week 7

TJ Hockenson suffered a torn ACL and MCL in Week 17 of the regular season last year. He is currently on the PUP list rehabbing that injury but is considered ahead of schedule, according to head coach Kevin O’Connell. The expectation is that he will be ready sometime after the September 8th opener. Hockenson, a two-time Pro Bowl selection, had a career-high 960 receiving yards in 15 games last season.
