Watson sustained a torn Achilles during Week 7, ending his season, then aggravated the injury during rehab in January of this year, pushing his timeline back even further, is not expected to be ready once the season starts and is not expected to retain his starting position once he is back, a timeline for his return is unknown at present, the Browns do have insurance on his contract, and with five quarterbacks currently on the roster, there is no incentive to play Watson this season

During rehab of the right Achilles tendon he tore in October, he ruptured the tendon again, setting him back even further and likely will see him miss all of 2025, expect the Browns to take a very slow approach to his recovery, it is also possible Watson may have played his last down as a Brown

Suffers a significant right leg injury, by video worry for an achilles tear to his right leg, if confirmed will be season ending with need for subsequent surgery, injury may linger into new year but for now Brown without their top QB for remainder of season

Watson has yet to regain the form he displayed during his height in Houston. Last season, he dealt with various shoulder ailments that ultimately ended with a glenoid fracture in his shoulder. He has yet to eclipse 1,200 yards passing since his time in Houston.

Set to begin throwing program in March, putting him on track for full participation in training camp - bigger concern for offense is likely the health of Nick Chubb and several offensive linemen recovering from knee injuries

Out for season with glenoid fracture in right shoulder suffered during W10 win over Ravens - by video, injured by hit from Patrick Queen in 2nd quarter prior to his high ankle sprain - chip fracture to back of the shoulder that could get worse with another hit, thus surgery is the best option

By video, mild left high ankle sprain - remained in the game but will hamper him in the second half - has shown some rust in the passing game and now less mobile

Made it through W9 start without setback for his shoulder - shouldn't be an issue going forward

LP, LP, FP and in line to start W9 - has yet to finish a game since his W3 shoulder subscap injury but good sign he's starting to earn Stefanski's trust back
