Chidobe Awuzie had a mostly healthy season last year, playing in 15 games. However, he sustained a calf injury before training camp, which will sideline him for a couple of weeks. He is present at practice but not participating, according to head coach Brian Callahan. Awuzie is expected to be the starting left cornerback (LCB) for Tennessee once he returns.The Titans made a big splash trading for Kansas City Chiefs' star cornerback L’Jarius Sneed, signing him to a massive four-year, $76.4 million contract. CB Roger McCreary will operate out of the slot once again after an impressive sophomore year. The 2021 first-round pick Caleb Farley’s 2022 campaign ended in Week 10 when he needed surgery to repair a herniated disc in his back. Farley didn't play at all in 2023 because of lingering issues related to his back, which now have his career in jeopardy. He spent the entire season on the team's Physically Unable to Perform list
