Placed in concussion protocol after sustaining an elbow from former teammate Dearica Hamby in Wednesday's game vs the LA Sparks. She has missed two games so far in the protocol since sustaining the injury and her next change to suit up for the Aces is on Tuesday in a highly anticipated matchup vs the Minnesota Lynx, which would pit Wilson up against MVP frontrunner Napheesa Collier.
Siegrist is in danger of missing her second straight game due to a right knee injury, and the Wings are likely to provide an update on her status for Tuesday's game against the Valkyries by Monday night. Siegrist has been an important addition for the Wings off the bench scoring 9.4 points per game and grabbing 5.2 rebounds.
Jones remains day-to-day for the Liberty with an ankle injury. Jones, who has missed two straight games for the Liberty, took reps with the team for a portion of practice Monday. Her status for Tuesday's game against the Dream remains in the air, but more clarity will be known when the team releases their injury report Monday evening.
Caitlin Clark made a dynamic return from her quadriceps injury, scoring over 30 points and coming close to a triple-double. Though she had been shooting just 31.4 percent from three-point range this season, she tied her career best by sinking seven threes at a 50 percent rate. Now sitting at 5-5, the Fever will rely heavily on Clark’s continued all-around production to gain ground in the standings.
Kahleah Copper contributed 11 points on 4-of-9 shooting, along with two rebounds, an assist, and a steal in 18 minutes during Sunday’s 76-70 win over the Aces. After missing the first 11 games of the season with a knee injury, she returned to action without any noticeable issues. As Copper regains her rhythm, Phoenix could become a serious threat with her, Satou Sabally, and Alyssa Thomas forming a formidable trio in the Valley.
