UPDATE 8-8-25

Sydney Colson (Indiana Fever)

Exited Thursday's game when she went down with a non-contact knee injury to her left knee. She has been diagnosed with a torn ACL and will miss the remainder of the season.

Aari McDonald (Indiana Fever)

Aari McDonald exited Thursday's game before halftime and has been diagnosed with a broken bone in her foot and will miss the remainder of the season. With the continued absence of Caitlin Clark, this will leave the Indiana Fever without an active point guard on their roster.

Napheesa Collier (Minnesota Lynx)

Exited Saturday’s game vs the Aces with an ankle injury and did not return. The WNBA MVP candidate logged 26 minutes before heading to the locker room in the third quarter, and she was ultimately ruled out for the rest of the game. Her next chance to play would be on August 5th at Seattle. The team has given a timetable of two weeks without their star while she recovers from this ankle injury.

Angel Reese (Chicago Sky)

Reese continues to deal with a back injury that has kept her out of five of the last seven Sky games. The Sky are winless during this stretch having lost 8 straight games overall.

Maddy Siegrist (Dallas Wings)

Siegrist is expected to return on Tuesday after missing 18 games with an unspecified knee injury. She will be a much needed presence after the Wings traded away Dijonai Carrington. Siegrist averaged 9.4 points and 5.2 rebounds across 24.0 minutes per game in 11 regular-season appearances this season.

Brittney Griner (Atlanta Dream)

Has missed two consecutive games with a neck injury. Her next chance to play would be Thursday at Chicago. With the Sky having their own injury problems, and the Dream near the top of the standings, Griner may get some extra rest for the neck injury.

Hailey Van Lith (Chicago Sky)

Returned from a three game absence with an ankle injury. She played 17 minutes in her return game and is a welcome addition back to the roster with the Sky still dealing with injuries to Angel Reese and Ariel Atkins.
