Update: Higgins was ruled out with a concussion, putting his status for Week 2 against the Cowboys in doubt.
Cincinnati Bengals wideout Tee Higgins left to the locker room after taking a big hit to the head from Steelers defender Devon Bush.
By video, Higgins appeared off balance while walking off the field in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Steelers.
Given that Higgins went to the locker room after likely undergoing a concussion evaluation in the injury tent, he is unlikely to return, according to the Pro Football Docs.
Higgins had 2 catches for 27 yards before leaving.
Cincinnati heads to Dallas for a matchup with the Cowboys in Week 2.
