Skylar Thompson Injury: Dolphins QB Heads to Locker Room, Teddy Bridgewater In

Miami Dolphins third-string quarterback Skylar Thompson exited to the locker room in the second quarter after suffering an apparent right thumb injury.
By video, Thompson appeared to hit his thumb on the helmet of Vikings defender Patrick Jones on an incompletion with around 14 minutes left in the second quarter.
He has been deemed questionable to return with a thumb injury and likely went to the locker room for X-rays, which the Pro Football Docs expect to be negative.
His thumb injury appeared to just be to the tip, therefore he has a chance to return today, according to the Pro Football Docs.
Teddy Bridgewater, who cleared concussion protocol and is active for the game, is in at quarterback.
Tua Tagovailoa also cleared concussion protocol but is inactive.
