Titans' quarterback Ryan Tannehill has been called a “true game-time decision” this week against the Chiefs with the high-ankle sprain that kept him out of their win Week 8 against the Texans.
Tannehill will likely play on Sunday but will be limited as a scrambler, according to the Pro Football Docs.
He was injured late in the Week 7 win over the Colts, but reentered the game and finished by handing off to Derrick Henry a majority of the time.
He will likely do the same against the Chiefs, as the Titans' passing game has been anemic in recent weeks.
Tennessee has turned to Henry more and more over its five-game winning streak, to the tune of 62 attempts for 347 yards and two touchdowns in the last two games. The Titans are in line to do so once again against the stout Chiefs' rushing defense that has allowed only 92 yards a game, the third-lowest this season.
Rookie first-round wideout Treylon Burks, who is one of only three Titans' receivers with over 100 yards this season, hasn't played since suffering a Lisfranc injury in Week 4 while veteran Robert Woods is slowly recovering from his torn ACL 11-and-a-half months ago.
The Titans are 12.5-point underdogs in Kansas City and the over/under is 45.5, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

Ryan Tannehill says it was his ankle that kept him out last week, not the illness that was added to his issues on the injury report, not easy to watch Titans on tv as he yelled:
