Randy Gregory Injury: Worry for Extended Absence

Denver Broncos edge rusher Randy Gregory was carted to the locker room with a right knee injury he suffered on a pass rush in the fourth quarter.

By video, there's worry for a serious knee injury for the former Cowboy, according to the Pro Football Docs. Gregory had all his weight on his right leg after getting shoved and his knee appeared to shift.

Worst case scenario, he has a torn ACL and his season is over. Best case would be a multi-week absence with a bone bruise.

At the very least he is not playing Thursday night against the Colts.

Gregory will likely undergo a post-game MRI to determine the severity.

The 29-year-old defender had offseason surgery on his left knee. He collected 2 total tackles before leaving.

Gregory has 9 combined tackles and 2 sacks on the year.
