The Philadelphia Eagles enter mandatory minicamp with most of their key contributors trending toward full health. Rookie linebacker Jihaad Campbell continues recovering from offseason shoulder surgery, while veteran right tackle Lane Johnson is working his way back from a Lisfranc injury that ended his 2025 season. The Eagles are also monitoring the progress of Jalen Carter, Cam Jurgens, Landon Dickerson, and Andrew Mukuba as training camp approaches.

Makai Lemon - Hamstring

Lemon was sidelined during Eagles OTAs with a hamstring injury and is expected to miss minicamp. The rookie wide receiver has been limited to sideline work while continuing his recovery, but the injury is not considered serious. The expectation is that Lemon will be fully cleared and ready for the start of training camp.

Jihaad Campbell - Shoulder

Campbell did not participate in Eagles OTAs as he continues his recovery from shoulder surgery performed in March. The rookie linebacker played through a significant shoulder issue for much of the 2025 season before opting for a second procedure to address the lingering problem. Despite missing offseason practices, Campbell remains on track to be fully cleared and ready for the start of training camp.

Lane Johnson - Foot

Johnson is progressing well in his recovery from the Lisfranc sprain he suffered in Week 11 against the Lions, an injury that caused him to miss the final eight regular-season games and the Wild Card round. The veteran right tackle is expected to be ready for mandatory minicamp and fully available for training camp, barring any setbacks. Philadelphia continues to view Johnson as its starting right tackle, while also developing Markel Bell as a potential long-term successor.

Jalen Carter - Shoulder

Carter is expected to be fully healthy heading into the 2026 season after undergoing a non-surgical procedure on both shoulders late last year. The injections caused him to miss three consecutive games near the end of the regular season, though he returned for the playoffs in a limited capacity. Defensive coordinator Vic Fangio has said Carter's shoulders are fully recovered, and he is expected to be a full participant by mandatory minicamp and training camp.

Cam Jurgens - Back

Jurgens appears fully healthy after battling a severe back injury that required surgery following the Eagles' Super Bowl run. The veteran center played through significant pain during the 2025 season while dealing with a herniated disc that impacted his sciatic nerve, and later described the experience as one of the most difficult periods of his life. Jurgens also underwent stem cell treatments in Colombia this offseason. Early reports indicate he looks healthy, mobile, and back to form heading into training camp.

Landon Dickerson - Ankles/Knees

Dickerson enters the 2026 season healthy after undergoing stem cell therapy in both knees and ankles this offseason as part of a proactive recovery plan. The treatment followed an injury-plagued 2025 campaign that included a meniscus procedure during training camp, a back injury early in the season, and multiple ankle issues throughout the year. Since returning from Colombia, Dickerson has been a full participant in Eagles OTAs with no reported limitations.

Andrew Mukuba - Ankle

Mukuba was finding his role in the starting lineup as a rookie before suffering a right ankle and fibula fracture in Week 12, which would effectively end his season. With the Eagles losing Reed Blankenship in free agency, the Eagles will look to Mukuba to fill the void at safety. He's been a participant at OTAs and seems to be on the road to a full recovery.
