Oklahoma State Injury Report: Will Cowboys Overcome Significant Injuries?

The Oklahoma State Cowboys had over five starters out in their matchup last week against their heated rival, the Texas Longhorns. They still escaped with a victory, but their injuries could continue to hamper them.

Defensive Tackle Brendon Evers, who started all of the team’s games last season, is out for the rest of the season after undergoing surgery this week. He is reportedly going to just worry about training for the draft during his recovery from injury. Evers played in five of the seven games this season.

Oklahoma State wide receivers Jaden Bray, and Braydon Johnson were inactive in last week's matchup. Bray has been battling a hand injury since fall camp. His availability will come down to pain tolerance. Johnson suffered a concussion earlier this season, but he was out this week with an undisclosed injury.

On the defensive side of the ball, defensive back Thomas Harper, and defensive end Brock Martin were both battling injuries last week. Harper has played in 41 games for the Cowboys and missed his first game of the season last week. Martin is a  sixth-year senior who has 56 games played for the Cowboys. He has a blazing four sacks this season. But he seemed hampered against TCU recording his lowest tackle total all season.
